Philly
A couple of weeks ago I had my very first Philly cheesesteak… in Philly. I know, hard to believe for a food connoisseur like me, right? For those of you who are ignorant about actual Philly cheesesteaks (like I had been…) they actually put cheese whiz on your sandwich. Yes, I said “cheese whiz“! The hard part is picking which of the “best cheesesteaks ever” establishments to visit. I was lucky enough to go to Jim’s Steaks, which has to be the best based on its walls lined with celebrity endorsements such as the one below by “Demzel” Washington.
